Meet the Seasons
The 12-season color analysis wheel is a refined system that expands the traditional four-season model (Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter) by dividing each into three distinct sub-seasons. This provides a more granular look at how an individual's natural skin, hair, and eye colors harmonize with specific palettes.
The wheel organizes these 12 categories based on three primary color dimensions:
- Hue (Temperature): Whether a color is strictly Warm (golden/yellow undertones), Cool (blue/pink undertones), or Neutral.
- Value (Depth): How Light or Dark/Deep a color is, determined by how much white or black is added.
- Chroma (Intensity): How Bright/Clear (highly saturated) or Soft/Muted (softened with grey) a color appears.
